!! From the moment we started the process of finding our home Alex walked us through every step; his expertise put us at ease. We were purchasing our home from out of state so communicating via email, text and phone was essential. He was so quick to response every time. Taking away all the worry that goes along with purchasing a home. His negotiation skills were excellent!!!! During our inspection the A/C was not in proper use and we were told to hold off on signing the papers until it was in full working order. During the whole process Alex was top notch. Alex is one of the hardest working agents I have encountered.
My parents were selling a home in Valrico but we were living out of town. The amount of work Alex provided to my parents was extraordinary, from the listing to showings to inspections to closing, He made this commitment when they decided to list the house with him, and he did just as he said he would and even more than anyone could have expected. Alex provided feedback after every showing. When the house came under contract, Alex was there with inspectors, dealt with issues concerning the inspection and even spent time during the day to oversee that items were taken care of. All of this to limit the amount of travel my parents had to do during this process. Alex is truly one of the hardest working agents I know and I would highly recommend him for anyone's listing.
